You must be a Registered Nurse, with proven experience as a Registered Manager of a Care/Nursing Home, with the ability to manage the ancillary functions within a care home. You will have an excellent understanding of marketing techniques and have extensive experience in maintaining occupancy levels. In addition, you will have an in-depth understanding of the needs of older people and the broader health and social care market.
